JASA Employees Threaten Critics and Witnesses
Letter to David M Warren, President of JASA: Intimidation and Threats by Employees |
![]() David M. Warren, Esq. President |
August 12, 2010 Mr. David M. Warren Cooley Godward Kronish LLP The Grace Building 1114 Avenue of the Americas New York, NY 10036-7798 Via Facsimile 212-479-6279 Re: Threats Against Fersedy Supporters Dear Mr. Warren, After writing you to express her concerns regarding the abuse of Mr. Fersedy, Ms Laura Ludlow was contacted and threatened by Cecille Hershkovitz and another employee. It appears that anyone who seeks to support Mr. Fersedy is greeted by hostile telephone calls, email threats of death or injury. There are a significant number of incidents to indicate a pattern of intimidation. As president of JASA it is your responsibility to ensure the integrity of JASA and its mission. Individuals such as Hershkovitz and her Supervisor of Social Workers, Sandra Allen, who is not registered as a social worker in NYS do not reflect favorably on JASA and the friends of Israel. It is a felony for Ms. Allen to act as a social worker in New York State. Sincerely Caleb Whymark Tov Research Fellow |
